- Abstract body should not exceed 250 words, excluding title, affiliation, authors, and references. It should be single spaced and using 12 font size of Times new roman. Cite only relevant references, if needed (upto 3).
- Submit the abstract by online form only. Do not send by email or by other methods.
- The scientific committee will review and evaluate the submitted abstracts for selection.
- Presenting (First) author should complete their registration before the deadline. Details of this will be shared later after selection.
- Selected abstracts need to make a payment to confirm their participation at REDRESS 2025. Details of payment will be shared after shortlisting of applicants via the email provided.
1. Students (MSc and PhD) – INR 1000/-
2. Researchers/Faculty/Scientists/Other Government institutions – INR 2000/-
3. Start-ups – INR 5000/-
4. Industry/Corporate hospitals – INR 10,000/- - Accommodation will be provided to the shortlisted presenter (one presenter per abstract). However, all travel arrangements should be made by the participants themselves.

Guidelines
- Abstract body: max 250 words, excluding title, authors, affiliations, and references. Use Times New Roman, 12 pt, single-spaced. Up to 3 references, if required.
- Submission only via the official online form (email submissions will not be accepted).
- Abstracts will be evaluated by the REDRESS Scientific Committee.
- Presenting (first) author must complete delegate registration upon selection.
- No submission fee.
- Boarding and lodging will be covered for one presenter per accepted abstract. Travel to/from venue must be self-arranged.
