By focusing on homegrown approaches, the event addresses the unique challenges faced by the large and diverse Indian population. Discussions at the summit cover a broad spectrum of topics, from cutting-edge research and the application of new technologies like gene editing, mRNA technology, diseases modelling to the intricacies of clinical trials and regulatory policy.

Through a series of brainstorming sessions and panel discussions, REDRESS facilitates the exchange of ideas and the creation of actionable plans. The summit aims to build awareness and improve access to resources and hope for the millions of people in India affected by rare genetic diseases.
